Simon Treacy is Managing Director of the Corporate Finance Advisory unit and a shareholder and director of the Private Equity Fund. Simon returned to New Zealand in 2009 after twenty years working in international banking. During this time Simon held senior roles specialising in large scale financing at investment banks in London and New York. Most recently he was Executive Director in the Loan Capital Markets Group at JP Morgan Chase, where he was for some 12 years. His experience includes working on many of the large highly structured financings in Europe.
Simon originally qualified as a lawyer at Victoria University in Wellington and has been registered with the National Association of Securities Dealers in the US and the Financial Services Authority in the UK.
